We purchased this building in October of 2019 with the goal of supporting creative community  through providing residential and work/live options along with establishing a co-working art  space.  

We are a husband & wife team of artists. Randy is a sculptor with background in architecture and a business in Cloverdale. Cynthia is a painter and multi-disciplinary artist with a background in art education and non-profit organizations. 

We know what it's like to put your all into your creative life. Having lived in alternative spaces such as, warehouses and old industrial spaces, we understand something about turning a raw space into a home.

Now, we're using our sweat-equity to bring a previously neglected property into the 21st century with the goal of creating a safe, clean and relatively quite place for people to live and work.
